In order to promote trademark goodwill and celebrity of Amontech series products, satisfy the requirement of customers and agents, Amontech Company guarantees the following quality items.

1. If customers find any exterior defect, such as broken or stained defect before they use Amontech product, Amontech Company will replace or return product according to customer's requirement.

2. If customers doubt any interior quality problem of Amontech product when they use, please keep the working status of machine. Don't take our product out of machine. Contact with Amontech office or agent in signed writing letter or fax enclosing print or copy sample. Our technician will examine and define the problem. If the problem is from our product, Amontech will replace or return the product according to customer's requirement.

3. If customers find machine breakdown during they use Amontech product. Our technician will examine and define the problem. If the reason of the problem is from our product, Amontech Company will afford all the expensive of machine reparation. If the reason of the problem is from machine quality, Amontech Company may still provide repair if the customers need. The customers will pay all the reparation expensive.

4. If there is any argument or dispute of responsibility of defect or problem, the customer can send the machine to an authorized quality organization. If the reason is from Amontech product after the organization inspection and identification, we will pay all the expensive including the inspection and identification fee.

5. Expect the quality responsibility, we won't replace or return product in case of the following situations:

A. The customers have use more than 60% consumption materials;

B. The customers'operation leads to difficulty of identification;

C. The customers'abuse, such using wrong type, incorrect operation, machine defect or breakdown, and etc.
